This hotel is a little paradise nestled in a picturesque valley surrounded by majestic mountains. The location is perfect, with the hotel situated directly beside the beautiful lake. The staff are friendly and helpful, always providing any information we needed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with separate twin beds for a good night's sleep.

The only minor downside was that the breakfast could be improved, especially the coffee which was not to my taste.

Great lake location with beautiful lakeside walks and relaxing spa facilities. The food was delicious and served in a nice buffet style. Staff was friendly.

The rooms were basic with no air conditioning which made it unpleasantly hot in the summer. The uphill walk to the center of town was quite a trek and not ideal for those with mobility issues.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of options. The view from the room was stunning, with a glimpse of the beautiful lake and mountains in the background. the hotel was located near a popular park, which was perfect for a leisurely walk.

The hotel's indoor pool was overcrowded, especially during peak hours. , the heating system was not functioning properly in some areas of the hotel, resulting in a chillier atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right by the lake and close to hiking trails. The room I stayed in had a stunning view of the lake, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities, especially the saunas and indoor pool, were great for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing tips and recommendations for things to do and see. The afternoon homemade cakes were delicious.

Opposite a beautiful lake with a backdrop of mountains, and a stone’s throw away from the charming town centre of Levico, this hotel enjoys a prime location. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the spa facilities are top, notch , from the indoor pool to the steam room and hot tub. the rooms are clean and well, maintained, with comfortable twin beds and a lovely bathroom to match.

The price for a stay at this dated hotel is quite expensive compared to other options.
